Executive Lead in Manufacturing Operations

This unique position reports directly to the President & CEO, overseeing manufacturing and maintenance operations in a multi-province network. You'll be accountable for uptime, asset reliability, cost control, safety, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct multi-plant manufacturing performance and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Implement continuous improvement practices across operations
• Integrate new plants into a unified operating model
• Lead initiatives to modernize processes with advanced technologies
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in senior manufacturing leadership
• Experience in food manufacturing, especially dairy
• Proven expertise in maintenance and asset reliability
• Strong background in capital project management
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as HACCP and CFIA
