Agentic Ai Experience Engineer

Design AI agents remotely from Toronto for ACTO, using prompt engineering and workflow design to support regulated life sciences teams.As an AX Engineer, you will build ACTO SuperAgents for commercial, medical, and patient-facing workflows. You will translate user roles and enterprise processes into compliant, high-performing agent configurations. The work combines AI behaviour engineering, systems integration, and customer delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client discovery sessions and document technical specificationsMap databases, APIs, warehouses, Veeva, Salesforce, and Snowflake dependenciesConfigure objectives, guardrails, intent logic, and interaction flowsModel Skills using tools, actions, and governed knowledgeEvaluate outputs, support UAT, and refine agent performanceRequirements:
One to two years designing AI agents or conversational systemsStrong prompt engineering and system-level instruction skillsUnderstanding of LLM behaviour and evaluation methodsExperience with structured testing, APIs, and backend databasesBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceBuild reliable ACTO SuperAgents through prompt engineering, evaluation, workflow design, and compliant enterprise integration.
