Client Insights Manager at Tangerine

Lead analytics initiatives focusing on client and product performance
Analyze diverse data sources for actionable insights
Drive campaigns for client acquisition and retention
Develop performance scorecards for stakeholders
Prepare reports for executive teams

Requirements:

3+ years in Client Insights, preferably in Banking or Retail
Proficient in SQL, Big Query, and SAS
Strong visualization skills with Tableau or similar
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel abilities
AI fluency and adaptability to new tools
