Your role demands expertise in business architecture to develop models, improve client experiences, and drive organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance business architecture artifacts and capability models
- Translate business priorities into strategic value streams
- Document findings for capability maturity assessments
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in business operations
- Collaborate with architects for alignment of current and future state designs
- 7+ years in Business Architecture or enterprise transformation
- 7+ years in Transaction Banking experience
- Strong skills in capability modeling and target operating models
- Experience with data architecture and process improvement
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
