We are currently seeking to fill a Senior Project Coordinator position in the Engineering department at our Vancouver office to help lead our multidisciplinary projects from planning through execution. 

Objectives of this Role  

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning through completion 
• Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress 
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and status summaries 

Responsibilities  

• Lead end-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, and resources) 
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams 
• Drive project planning, execution, and reporting, including risk identification and mitigation 
• Coordinate technical teams to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables are met 
• Monitor performance and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track

Required skills and qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project coordination, project administration, or operations coordination experience, preferably within engineering, construction, consulting, or infrastructure. 
• Post-secondary education in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or another related field. 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing deadlines. 
• Proven success working with all levels of management in a professional environment. 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. 
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively resolve issues. .
