Global Supply Chain Planning Manager

Lead global supply chain planning from Truro, Nova Scotia, using logistics strategy and capacity planning across India, United States, and Canada.This salaried exempt manager directs strategic insights and execution for global logistics, supply chain planning, and Truro production planning. The role connects manufacturing sites, distribution, inventory, and customer delivery objectives. Success requires leadership, operational discipline, and data-driven optimization across complex global networks.Key Responsibilities:
Lead global logistics and supply chain capacity planningDirect Truro production planning and schedulingOptimize inventory flows, networks, costs, and service deliveryOversee warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and fulfillmentDevelop budgets, transformation plans, and performance reportingRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related fieldFive-plus years in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operationsThree-plus years leading teamsKnowledge of WMS, SAP, Oracle, and data analysis toolsOpenness to travel 25% within North America and internationallyBring global planning, inventory optimization, logistics leadership, and production control expertise to IPG-ECP’s Truro operations.
