Enterprise Outbound Sales Representative

Enterprise outbound sales requires cold calling, email outreach, and social prospecting to create conversations with new accounts. This position is focused on booking qualified meetings.
As a Business Development Representative, you will support mid-market and enterprise sales by engaging companies that have not shown interest. The role involves clean CRM management, quota performance, and testing messaging. You will sell Spellbook, a generative AI copilot for lawyers working with contracts in Word.
Key Responsibilities:
- Start conversations with companies through outbound outreach
- Book meetings for mid-market and enterprise sales teams
- Make steady daily calls and send emails
- Track activity and maintain clean CRM records
- Test and refine messaging for a new sales motion
Requirements:
- At least one year in a similar role
- Record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with cold calling and outbound results
- Ability to work with little structure
- Willingness to keep outreach personal while using AI tools
Use outbound selling, CRM discipline, and messaging experiments to introduce Spellbook to legal professionals and earn meetings.
