Construction and Compliance Manager Position

Take charge of FTTH projects with telMAX Inc. as the Construction and Compliance Manager. Oversee project execution, stakeholder communication, and ensure adherence to safety standards in a hybrid role. Reporting to the VP of Construction and Design, this role requires a dynamic leader to coordinate deliverables, manage subcontractors, and uphold quality and safety benchmarks. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Construction Manager and Operations teams, ensuring effective communication and execution of project milestones. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage FTTH outside plant construction project deliverables
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and the design team
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee project documentation and fieldwork compliance
- Conduct inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports
- 3-5 years of construction experience, telecom preferred
- Strong knowledge of FTTH networks and construction methods
- Proficient in project management tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license required
