Store Manager - Retail Yams Liquor Location 3509 17 AVE SE Calgary, AB Salary 36.00 hourly / 32 to 44 hours per week Full time Overtime required, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, Overtime available Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Determine merchandise and services to be sold Implement price and credits policies Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale Develop and implement marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Oversee payroll administration Conduct performance reviews Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Handling heavy loads Attention to detail Combination of sitting, standing, walking Standing for extended periods Personal suitability Adaptability Collaborative Creativity Efficiency Energetic Goal-oriented Hardworking Integrity Positive attitude Quick learner Time management Flexibility Team player Ability to multitask Until: 2026-03-19
