Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate daily operational activities and track priorities with various stakeholders.
•Monitor projects, timelines, deliverables, and action items.
•Prepare, update, and maintain tracking charts, reports, meeting minutes, and working documents.
•Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on decisions and action items.
•Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate communication, planning, and the resolution of operational issues.
•Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes.
•Maintain organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible documentation.
•Communicate effectively in French and English with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

•Background in administration, project management, operations, or a related field.
•Relevant experience in a coordination, operations support, or project tracking role.
•Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
•Meticulousness, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail.
•Proficiency with office and collaboration tools, particularly Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.

Our Client operates across Canada, and globally/internationally in the United States and other countries. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.
