We are looking for professionals capable of coordinating multiple files simultaneously, collaborating with many stakeholders, and contributing to the success of residential, multi-residential, and institutional projects.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate multiple files or projects simultaneously.
  
• Analyze plans, specifications, and technical documents.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, professionals, and subcontractors.
  
• Plan and ensure the necessary follow-ups for the smooth running of projects.
  
• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation.
  
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure required follow-ups.
  
• Participate in maintaining quality standards and continuous improvement of processes.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant experience in project coordination or management in the construction field.
  
• Good understanding of materials and construction methods.
  
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
  
• Excellent ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
  
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and teamwork spirit.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
