Restaurant Operations Supervisor

Lead restaurant service operations through strong planning and guest service. This Supervisor role supports daily operations while coordinating staff and kitchen communication.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Supervisor helps oversee daily restaurant operations and supports team members. The position focuses on service planning, dining room standards, guest satisfaction, and efficient communication with the kitchen. It also provides leadership when the Restaurant Manager is absent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan service according to anticipated guest volume
• Inspect dining room setups and preparations
• Supervise and support restaurant staff members
• Maintain communication with the kitchen during service
• Handle complaints and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Two to three years of similar experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Leadership and excellent communication skills
• Restaurant management training is an asset
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and flexible availability
