Superviseur de Restaurant Tim Hortons

Rejoignez Tim Hortons en tant que Superviseur, un rôle clé axé sur la formation d'équipe et un service client exceptionnel. Vous stimulerez la performance tout en favorisant un environnement de travail positif. Ce poste demande un candidat ayant entre 1 et 3 ans d'expérience en restauration rapide dans un rôle de supervision. En tant que leader passionné, vous garantirez des normes élevées en matière de service, de qualité et de propreté. Votre mission inclura la gestion efficace des coûts et le soutien des opérations quotidiennes du restaurant. Responsabilités clés :

Gérer les coûts de main-d'œuvre efficacement
Contrôler les coûts des aliments et fournitures
Exécuter parfaitement les lancements de produits
Résoudre les problèmes clients proactivement
Former les membres de l'équipe et gérer le recrutement

Exigences :

Diplôme d'études secondaires minimum
Expérience d'un an en restauration rapide
Compétences en informatique (POS, Microsoft Office)
Excellentes compétences en communication
Solides compétences en leadership et service client
