Lead FX engineering strategy and target-state architecture
Modernize Murex and proprietary trading platforms
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of systems
Advise on architecture and platform engineering
Establish KPI-driven governance and reporting

Requirements:

15+ years of Capital Markets technology experience
Proven leadership in global engineering
Deep knowledge of FX products and market infrastructure
Strong skills in managing large-scale engineering projects
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
