Beauty Clinic Manager and Aesthetician (Full-Time)

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee a talented team, ensure the highest standard of service, and perform treatments yourself when needed. Our experienced team specializes in Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting, Cosmetic Injectables, PRP Hair Restoration, Skin Treatments, and other non-surgical, non-invasive skin and body procedures.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

· Staff Management

· Create and manage staff schedules

· Hire, train, and supervise team members

· Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback

· Lead regular team meetings and support the team in reaching their goals

· Able to do all treatments and services we provide to clients and covering Staff as needed

Communication and Administration

· Manage all clinic emails and communications professionally

· Act as the link between head office and your clinic team

· Ensure all policies follow provincial and federal regulations

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

· Support overall clinic operations with general administrative tasks

Operations and Inventory

· Track inventory and place weekly supply orders

· Monitor laser machine usage and schedule timely maintenance

· Manage consumables to ensure stock is always available

· Use team downtime wisely (client follow-ups, content creation, etc.)

Finance and Reporting

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales and performance

· Oversee the clinic budget and approve payroll

· Reconcile invoices and ensure treatment plans are billed correctly

Client Service and Treatment

· Perform treatments when needed (this is a must)

· Support client flow during peak hours or when the team is short-staffed

· Conduct consultations and contribute to a positive client experience

Sales and Training

· Coach and train staff on effective sales techniques and consultation strategies

· Monitor targets and help team members grow their skills and reach their goals

Requirements:

· Minimum proven 2 years of experience managing a medical aesthetics or beauty clinic (required)

· Ability to perform all treatments offered at the clinic

· Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential for success in this role

· Confident managing both the business and clinical sides of the clinic

· Strong multitasking, organizational, and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contractContract length: 48 months

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
