As a Collections Specialist , you will maximize business revenue through account management and coordinating repayment arrangements for overdue accounts. No experience, but have the right attitude? We offer full comprehensive training programs to equip you with the tools needed for success.

What you do:

• Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situations, needs, and offering solutions
• Outbound calls to collect on overdue accounts by negotiating appropriate repayment plans with customers
• Support retail operations by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent/past due accounts
• Manage accounts receivables by ensuring exceptional execution results in the collection of our financial loans
• Document collections activities and processes through superior administration skills

Who you are as the successful candidate:

• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
• Good math skills with the ability to perform basic calculations
• Prior experience in at least one of the following core areas is a strong asset: call center, customer service, retail sales, collections, and consumer loan industry
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit)
