Collaboration with partners and associates is essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation files from strategy to trial
- Draft and argue various motions and injunctions
- Advise clients on risk and recovery strategies
- Collaborate closely with legal partners and associates
- Mentor juniors and contribute to client updates
- Minimum 5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong written advocacy and drafting skills
- Proven ability in file management and client communication
- Experience with BIA/CCAA and mortgage enforcement
- Licensed with the Law Society of Ontario
