Your Role
As Leader comptes majeurs , you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:
- Manage key accounts and build strong partnerships by acting as the primary point of contact for major clients’ head offices
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of commercial agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Lead the transition to new packaging solutions by coordinating trials, validations, and product launches
- Act as the central liaison between internal teams (technical, operations, quality) and the client
- Ensure rigorous planning and close tracking of projects (SKU creation, orders, deliveries, timelines)
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally and ensure clear, proactive, and transparent communication
- Identify and resolve issues (quality, logistics, production) while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
What you bring
You're a natural fit for Leader comptes majeurs if you have:
- Experience in key account management within a manufacturing or technical environment
- Ability to coordinate complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build partnerships
- High level of rigor, organization, and strong ability to plan and manage priorities
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges
- Proficiency with tools such as CRM, SAP, Power BI, and the Microsoft Suite
- Experience in the pulp and paper or corrugated industry (an asset)
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within Ontario to visit clients
