As Search Marketing Manager, you lead paid media without an SEO split. You manage targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client explanations across multiple accounts. Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving B2B and growing-brand clients through strategic search marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads
- Allocate budgets, manage bids, target audiences, and test creative
- Decide when campaigns should be stopped
- Maintain conversion tracking and attribution through GA4, tag manager, and pixels
- Own client roadmaps, reporting narratives, retention, and account growth
Requirements:
- Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Experience building, running, and optimizing campaigns personally
- Proven movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
