Part Time Clinic Coordinator

Duties

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, minimizing conflicts and optimizing efficiency
• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Manage patient records, billing, and documentation in compliance with clinic policies
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure the clinic remains clean and well-stocked
• Assist the denturist and clinical staff with administrative and operational needs
• Address scheduling challenges, patient concerns, and workflow improvements proactively

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency and experience with dental management software is preferred; DomX scheduling software is our office software
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A friendly and professional attitude with a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
