Commercial Manager Transportation Infrastructure

Commercial Manager expertise meets transportation infrastructure projects in Ontario, covering contracts, negotiations, and project financial health. WSP offers flexible work within its Transportation Systems team.Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will manage commercial and contractual activities across projects and corporate initiatives. Your work spans commercial agreements, bids, risk management, change management, claims, and project close-out. You will collaborate with clients, subconsultants, project teams, Finance, Project Controls, legal counsel, and senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial agreements across transportation and infrastructure projectsSupport bid evaluations, risk reviews, and commercial strategiesNegotiate terms with clients, partners, and subcontractorsOversee budgets, schedules, billing, and receivablesDevelop change packages and support claims resolutionRequirements:
10+ years of commercial or contract management experienceStrong English written and verbal communication skillsRelevant post-secondary diploma or undergraduate degree preferredKnowledge of construction contracts and Canadian construction lawStrong commercial judgment and analytical thinkingBring commercial leadership, contract expertise, and analytical judgment to WSP’s Ontario transportation and infrastructure portfolio.
