Senior Superintendent for Industrial Sites

- Develop and maintain construction resource-loaded schedules
- Direct daily operations and lead junior site staff
- Conduct hazard assessments and hold meetings with subcontractors
- Manage permit requirements and commissioning documentation
- Review contracts for scope and feasibility with project managers
- 10+ years of construction experience in industrial settings
- Relevant degree in construction management or engineering
- Expertise in scheduling and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
