Commercial Assistant Superintendent at Chandos

Elevate your construction career with Chandos as a Commercial Assistant Superintendent. Lead projects, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with teams in a hands-on role. In this position with Chandos, you will leverage your construction experience to oversee day-to-day activities. You'll ensure that projects valued between $100K and $5M are delivered successfully and on time. Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain quality and meet project demands. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project budgets for cost gains and losses
- Provide leadership and direction for all site activities
- Communicate project-specific roles to site personnel
- Inspect tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs
- Assist hands-on during critical project phases
- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent
- Proven record managing commercial projects up to $5M
- Journeyman trade certification or equivalent experience
- Willingness to work hands-on and night shifts
- Valid driver's license and transportation
