- Provide leadership for regional service delivery and growth

- Oversee government funding agreements and budgets
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles in non-profit or related sectors
- Experience with Indigenous communities and cultural competence
- Strong background in community engagement and planning
- Skills in negotiation and relationship-building
- Valid driver's licence and ability to pass background checks
