We’re preparing to relocate to the former Subaru building by the traffic circle on Bishop Drive, but this is about much more than a new location. It’s about where we’re taking Fredericton Kia next.
Our goal is clear: become a top-performing import volume dealership.
We not looking for just anyone to become our next Sales Manager. We’re looking for a ROCKSTAR.
Someone competitive enough to want to win, humble enough to keep learning, confident enough to lead, and passionate enough about people to make everyone around them better.
As Sales Manager, you’ll help lead and develop our Sales Team while driving new and pre-owned volume, profitability, market share, customer satisfaction, lead performance, and overall accountability.
Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to help build and strengthen the culture and performance of Fredericton Kia as we enter an exciting new chapter.
