Duties

• Oversee daily operations of facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with the marketing and social media team to promote business.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with management and staff to promote innovative products that reflect current trends.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more outlets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas and storage spaces.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field such as food service or restaurant management.
• Proven skills in problem-solving, diplomacy, scheduling, organisation.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
