Job Responsibility:
Job Summary The Hospitality Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, focusing on delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards in food and beverage management. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in bar service, restaurant management, and retail operations.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with the marketing and social media team to promote business.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with management and staff to promote innovative products that reflect current trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more outlets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas and storage spaces.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field such as food service or restaurant management.
- Proven skills in problem-solving, diplomacy, scheduling, organisation.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to continuous improvement.
