Barista / Assistant Store Manager - New Cafe

The café is owned by a leading real estate developer known for creating engaging communities nationally and internationally. They take pride in fostering a welcoming atmosphere that connects people, and they’re looking for someone who shares that vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a friendly and inclusive environment
- Assist with daily operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing staff and ensuring efficient store operations
- Help foster a positive, community-driven atmosphere in line with the café's values
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced café environment
- A passion for coffee and customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Leadership potential with a desire to grow into an Assistant Store Manager role
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic
