Position Summary

As a Store Manager at Evry Jewels, you will play a critical role in leading store operations, driving sales performance, and creating an exceptional customer experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, foster authentic customer relationships, and inspire your team to deliver results while embodying the Evry Jewels brand value.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will take full ownership of the store’s overall performance, ensuring all areas of the business are aligned and operating efficiently. You will lead by example on the sales floor, motivate your team to achieve targets, and create a positive, high‑energy environment that encourages growth and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Model exceptional customer service standards and effectively handle customer concerns or conflicts.
• Deliver a personalized and memorable customer experience, including styling and product recommendations.
• Handle opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth daily store operations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow proper cash management procedures.
• Support operational and maintenance duties to ensure the store is well‑presented and running efficiently.
• Support a positive, professional, and team‑oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• A strong sense of style. As a Store Manager, you represent the brand and must have a solid understanding of the Evry Jewels aesthetic.
• Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
