OFFICE MANAGER

General Description:
- Perform general administrative functions related to the day-to-day operations including telephone reception, greeting customers, filing, invoicing etc.
- Coordinating pickups and delivery
- Collect payments from customers via Credit Card, Debit, Cheque or Cash
- Other related duties as assigned
Work Experience & Education Requirements:
- Minimum grade 12- and office experience related to various administrative & accounting functions.
- Business Administration or Accounting experience is an asset
- Computer skills in database applications, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook an asset
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Customer service aptitude
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Physical Requirements:
- Infrequent lifting of up to 25lbs
- Will require bending and a full range of motion including repeatedly getting in and out of a sitting position
- Extended sitting will occur at frequent periods and extensive use of the telephone is required
- Good command of the English language both verbally and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
