Commercial Funding Officer at Equitable Bank

Advance your career with Equitable Bank as a Commercial Funding Officer in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. Your expertise in funding and compliance will drive exceptional service and innovative banking solutions. The role is integral to the Commercial team, where you will manage funding transactions, ensuring adherence to AML guidelines and legal requirements. A minimum of two years' experience in commercial mortgage funding within a regulated setting is crucial. You will work closely with lawyers and internal partners to facilitate smooth transactions and ensure all legal documents are in order. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct corporate structure analyses and legal document reviews
- Maintain compliance with AML guidelines during funding
- Coordinate closely with Credit and partnering organizations
- Validate loan setups and manage post-funding requirements
- Provide assistance during peak volumes across funding teams
- 2 years of commercial mortgage funding experience
- Education in Legal or AML Compliance preferred
- Understanding of PCMLTFA Act
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
