Your Role: Funding Specialist
With the demand for small business financing skyrocketing , we're expanding our elite team! As a Funding Specialist , you'll be at the forefront of helping business owners unlock their full potential , guiding them through the funding process, and closing high-value deals that make a real difference.

What You'll Do
- Be the Go-To Expert - Consult with business owners, analyze their financial needs, and match them with the perfect funding solutions.
- Own the Application Process - Guide clients from application to funding with speed and precision.
- Prospect & Close Deals - Proactively reach out to potential clients, showcase our products, and secure funding agreements.
- Master Our Financial Products - Develop in-depth knowledge of our funding options, terms, and rates to provide strategic financial advice.
- Build Lasting Relationships - Foster trust with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and additional funding.
- Collaborate with Industry Experts - Work alongside our underwriting and legal teams to ensure seamless, compliant funding.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
1-3 years of sales experience (a plus, but high achievers with no experience are welcome).
Exceptional communication & negotiation skills you know how to sell and connect with people.
Unstoppable drive for success you thrive on challenges and love closing deals.
Competitive spirit & strong work ethic you're a self-starter who plays to win.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
