We are currently looking for a Warehouse Associate - Cleaner to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team in Bolton, Ontario.
Location: 12480 Coleraine Drive, Bolton, ON L7E 4M2
Hours: 6AM-2:30 PM
What You'll Do:
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for daily operations of the facility.
- Pick up garbage, empty garbage bins and sweep floors.
- Clean racking, machines and equipment.
- Perform other cleaning and organizational duties as assigned.
- Assist in the receipt, handling, shipping and storage of goods.
- Audit paperwork to ensure accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders to customer requirements.
- Build kits as per specifications provided.
- Double check orders to ensure no overages or shortages.
- Operate packaging machines (tape, shrink wrap, pallet wrapper, etc.).
- Repackage, re-label, refurbish and sticker product as required.
- Assist with inventory control processes. Note and communicate inventory discrepancies.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Previous cleaning experience required.
- Experience with cleaning duties in a warehouse is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse / Distribution environment in shipping / receiving
- Experience with manual and automated material handling equipment i.e. shrink wrap, pallet wrapper, pump truck, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Effective communication skills in English - read, write, listen and speak.
- Working knowledge of ERP or WMS software.
- Ability to manually lift / carry product / boxes of various sizes up to 40 lbs.
- Able to work safely and effectively under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
