Job Responsibility:

Job Title: Part-Time Warehouse Admin Worker

Location: High Energy Transport Inc, Bolton, ON

Hourly Rate: $18 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Admin Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting the warehouse operations by performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling shipments and deliveries.
• Prepare and process shipping & receivingdocuments, invoices, and packing lists.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Support the warehouse team with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure the Warehouse filing system is up to date and efficient.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs occasionally.
