Job Title: Part-Time Warehouse Admin Worker
Location: High Energy Transport Inc, Bolton, ON
Hourly Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Admin Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting the warehouse operations by performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processes. If you have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling shipments and deliveries.
- Prepare and process shipping & receivingdocuments, invoices, and packing lists.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Manager.
- Support the warehouse team with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the Warehouse filing system is up to date and efficient.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs occasionally.
