Full-Cycle Recruitment Coordinator Role

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle and strategies
- Develop interview processes to identify ideal candidates
- Source candidates and market roles on multiple platforms
- Screen resumes and pre-screen applicants efficiently
- Schedule interviews and ensure candidate communication
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, social services preferred
- Familiarity with ADP software is an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent project management abilities
