Lead the Landmark Cinemas team as an Assistant Manager, dedicated to enhancing every Guest's movie-going experience. Partnering with a passionate crew, you'll ensure quality service and operational excellence. As an all-star motivator, you will oversee daily theatre operations, from labour costs to Guest satisfaction. Your role supports the Theatre Management Team by ensuring policies are followed, training the Cast effectively, and fostering a fun workplace culture for all movie lovers. Enjoy the exciting world of cinema while enhancing operational standards and Guest interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily theatre operations for optimal efficiency
- Assist with staff training and development efforts
- Facilitate effective communication with management and Cast
- Monitor Guest satisfaction and innovate for improvement
- Ensure a safe environment and handle emergencies
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
