FOP CONSULTANTS est à la recherche d’un Scrum Master motivé à la réalisation de mandats. Les principales missions seraient d’animer les rituels Scrum et lever les obstacles afin de maximiser l’efficacité de l’équipe; coacher l’équipe, le Product Owner et l’organisation sur les pratiques agiles, favoriser l’auto-organisation et l’amélioration continue, et gérer les dépendances et la transparence de l’avancement auprès des parties prenantes
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES- Animer les rituels Scrum : planification, mêlées quotidiennes, revues et rétrospectives.
- Lever les obstacles et protéger l’équipe des perturbations externes.
- Coacher l’équipe, le Product Owner et l’organisation sur les pratiques agiles.
- Soutenir la gestion du carnet de produit et la clarté des éléments à livrer.
- Favoriser l’auto-organisation, la collaboration et l’amélioration continue.
- Suivre les indicateurs d’équipe (vélocité, burndown, flux) et rendre l’avancement visible.
- Gérer les dépendances avec les autres équipes et faciliter les échanges avec les parties prenantes.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Diplôme universitaire en informatique, gestion ou toutes disciplines connexes.
- Cinq (05) à dix (10) années d’expérience en technologie de l’information
- Trois (03) à sept (07) années d’expérience comme Scrum Master.
- Expérience avec l’un des cadre suivants : Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
- Expérience avec l’un des outils suivants : Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
- Détenir l’une des certifications suivantes: CSM, PSM I, PSM II, A-CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master
- Expérience dans les organismes publics ou privés du Canada.
- Langue : Français et Anglais
