Intermediate Senior Guidewire Solution Analyst / Scrum Master

As part of a Brokerage Modernization initiative, we are seeking a Guidewire Solution Analyst to add capacity to one of the development teams. The successful candidate will also assume a team facilitator (servant leader) role within the team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Guidewire and its ecosystem
  
• Experience in solution analysis and bridging business needs with technology solutions
  
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance and the brokerage domain
  
• Experience facilitating workshops, decision-making sessions, and stakeholder alignment
  
• Understanding of application architectures, integrations, and data flows
  
• Ability to identify solution risks, dependencies, and impacts
  
• Strong communication, summarization, and problem-solving skills
  
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and lead

Important Note: Although the title includes "Scrum Master," the primary focus of this role is Guidewire Solution Analysis, with team facilitation responsibilities serving as a complementary function.
