Voici comment: En tant que conseiller en intervention post-traumatique, vous offrirez des interventions post-traumatiques de groupe chez les clients employeurs de TELUS Santé de votre région, selon les besoins. Vous travaillerez en tant que fournisseur indépendant, selon votre disponibilité.

Vous possédez:

• Vous détenez une maîtrise en psychologie, travail social ou un domaine connexe
• Vous êtes membre en règle de l'OPQ, l'OTSTCFQ ou l'OPPQ
• Vous détenez une assurance responsabilité professionnelle valide
• Vous avez de l’expérience en intervention post-traumatique de groupe et/ou de l’expérience en animation de groupes thérapeutiques
• Vous démontrez de la sensibilité, une attitude professionnelle et avez une approche efficace lors d’interventions dans un environnement organisationnel
• Vous pouvez faire preuve de flexibilité dans votre réponse aux besoins des clients

Atout:

• Vous avez complété la formation CISM, CISD ou EMDR
