As an Implementation Consultant, you own the delivery of Prophix One™ for a portfolio of small-to-medium clients — from kickoff through go-live and into the first weeks of live use. You run the project, design the solution, configure the platform, and train the client’s team, working largely independently while drawing on Solution Engineering, Support, and your Services peers when a project needs it.

This is a client-facing, outcomes-owning role: you’re measured on whether customers get to value on time, whether the delivered solution actually meets their needs, and whether the project runs clean from kickoff to close. Reporting to the Manager, Services, you’ll build the kind of project management, customer management, and consulting experience that compounds quickly, and you’ll do it in front of CFOs, VPs, and finance teams who expect maturity and confidence from day one. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of technical background and business acumen, and is just as comfortable running a session on-site as presenting over a video call.

What You Will Do

Lead the Implementation, End to End

· Own delivery of small-to-medium Prophix One™ implementations from kickoff to go-live, acting as the client’s primary point of contact throughout

· Lead project management, solution design, and configuration work across several concurrent client engagements

· Build and maintain project plans and status reporting (e.g., in Monday.com), keeping every active project on track and flagging risk before it becomes a problem

Configure and Deliver the Solution

· Translate client requirements into working Prophix One™ configurations, financial models, and reports

· Deliver hands-on product training so client teams are confident running the platform after go-live

· Partner with Solution Engineering and Support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that come up mid-project

Own the Customer Relationship

· Build trust with client stakeholders, understand their business goals, and connect those goals back to the implementation approach

· Communicate proactively, clients should always know what’s happening and what’s next

· Spot scope, timeline, or risk issues early and get ahead of them before they affect the customer experience

· Identify opportunities for additional phases or services within existing accounts and flag them to the team

Contribute Beyond Your Active Projects

· Use open capacity between engagements productively: internal builds, documentation, process improvement, or supporting teammates

· Keep systems (Prophix, Monday.com, Odyssey) accurate and current so status, forecasting, and utilization reporting can be trusted

· Bring a curious, AI-forward mindset, using Prophix’s approved AI tools to work faster on research, drafting, and data review

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university.

• Must possess a working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and be familiar with the financial statement preparation

• Four (4) years of progressively responsible professional experience in a relevant field.

• Demonstrated business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

• Solid understanding of financial principles, concepts, and terminology

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located

• Ability to travel within the United States, Canada, and internationally as required, and maintain a valid passport

• Comfortable leveraging AI tools responsibly to support activities such as research, content development, data analysis, and process optimization

• Proven ability to work effectively in a project-based environment and interact confidently with senior leaders, including CFOs, Vice Presidents, and finance professionals

• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving tools and business environments

• Curious and innovative mindset, with a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches

• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions, teams, and technology platforms

Preferred Qualifications

·  Prior experience implementing or configuring a CPM, FP&A, ERP, or other complex B2B SaaS platform (e.g., Prophix, Vena, OneStream, Planful, Anaplan, or similar)

·  Hands-on experience with a project management tool such as Monday.com

·  Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM)

·  Prior consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery experience in a software environment

·  Experience identifying and scoping incremental services or expansion opportunities within an existing client relationship

• First 30 Days: Establish a strong foundation by developing a thorough understanding of the business, key stakeholders, tools, and processes.

• First 90 Days: Demonstrate the ability to independently manage priorities, execute on key deliverables, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

• First 6 Months: Deliver measurable business value through innovative ideas, continuous improvements, and impactful contributions to team and organizational objectives.

Compensation

The total target compensation for this role is $81,000 CAD to $92,000 CAD, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws in Canada and the United States. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
