Drive talent innovation with the House of Commons as Director of Talent Management and Engagement. Lead transformative initiatives while supporting Members and employees in a bilingual environment. The House of Commons Administration seeks a Director for Talent Management and Engagement. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders and subject-matter experts to enhance organizational capability. You will spearhead strategic leadership in learning, succession planning, and performance management, shaping the future of talent development within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for talent management services
- Drive development of employee engagement programs
- Lead complex initiatives within multidisciplinary teams
- Foster partnerships to enhance service delivery
- Champion technology modernization in HR services
- Post-secondary education in HR or related field
- 5-10 years of relevant leadership experience
- Proven track record in service excellence and operational performance
- Experience influencing senior leadership decision-making
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
