Experienced Plumber for Commercial/Residential Projects

Advance your plumbing career with a position focused on both commercial and residential systems. Ideal for a qualified individual skilled in installations, repairs, and team leadership. This role requires expertise from reading blueprints to the physical installation of plumbing systems. With your trades certificate, you’ll lead a small crew, estimate project costs, and ensure all plumbing work adheres to regulations. Key tasks include measuring and cutting pipes, testing for leaks, and supervising apprentices. Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Cut openings in walls for pipe fittings
- Schedule and manage tools, personnel, and work assignments
- Measure and shape pipes for installations
- Test pipes for leaks and system integrity
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience required
- Must possess a valid Plumber Red Seal Certificate
- Driver’s license necessary for transportation
- Proficiency in CADD and relevant software
- Track record of handling demanding projects
