You will manage the entire bid process, interpret specifications, and maintain documentation to ensure accurate estimates. Your role includes supporting contract negotiations and staying updated on industry trends for optimal project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate full cost estimates from start to finish
• Mentor junior estimators to ensure accuracy in their work
• Analyze bid packages and assist with negotiations
• Maintain documentation for estimating figures and pricing
• Prepare conceptual budgets and assess economical alternatives

Requirements:

• 8-10 years’ experience in construction estimating
• Extensive knowledge in quantity surveying techniques
• Proven track record of leading complex estimates
• Proficient with MS Office tools
• Professional designation is an asset
