Technical Recruitment Manager for High-Tech Talent

Shape the future of tech recruitment as a Technical Recruitment Manager, focusing on sourcing and placing top talent in IT and engineering roles. Manage pipelines and lead structured interviews while collaborating with dynamic teams. You'll bring 3 to 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, ensuring alignment between candidates, hiring managers, and job expectations throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:

Develop insights on technical requirements of roles
Manage sourcing and candidate flow in an ATS
Conduct technical assessment interviews effectively
Record structured feedback and applicant notes
Use innovative tools to attract passive candidates

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of technical recruiting experience
Familiarity with recruitment best practices and technology trends
Bilingual proficiency in French and English
Experience in managing ATS candidate processes
Strong background in software and engineering recruitment
