Remote Human Resources Support Associate

BCE Inc.

Support Bell employees remotely by analyzing Human Resources cases, explaining policies, and resolving transactions through accurate, timely service across Canada.

The Associate Human Resources Support role handles employee-file transactions for Bell and affiliated companies. You will interpret programs, analyze requests, update systems, and resolve simple to complex cases. The work requires sound judgment, empathy, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Support employees and stakeholders through multiple communication channels
Process Human Resources transactions and correct errors
Document cases and maintain data integrity across systems
Educate employees on systems, tools, and online content
Recommend practical solutions and improve work processes

Requirements:

English knowledge for stakeholders across Canada
Effective communication in varied contexts
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Basic MS Word knowledge
Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively

Bring analytical judgment, customer guidance, and case-resolution skills to Bell’s remote Human Resources support team.
