Remote Chef Manager for Centerra Gold

Elevate culinary experiences as a Remote Chef Manager with Centerra Gold at Mount Milligan. Join us to oversee menu planning, food preparation, and team management across our camps. As a Chef Manager, you will play a pivotal role in food service operations and training staff. Your expertise in culinary arts, paired with your ability to lead and motivate a team, will ensure client satisfaction and exceptional food quality. You will also manage compliance with health standards, HACCP, and quality assurance programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee food preparation and menu planning
- Manage staff training, hiring, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Foster positive relationships with clients
- Maintain HACCP standards in food service
- Four years of culinary experience
- Strong supervisory and financial management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Red Seal culinary certification preferred
