Step into a pivotal role as a Senior Tax Consultant in the Cayman Islands, focusing on U.S. tax compliance for elite asset management clients. Develop cross-border strategies in a prestigious environment.
Our Big 4 client is seeking a Senior Tax Consultant to enhance their Tax team. You will advise clients on U.S. and international taxation while managing compliance and consulting engagements. This role requires a deep understanding of partnership and corporate tax as well as project management skills to oversee junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee U.S. tax compliance for diverse entities
- Prepare, review, and manage various tax returns
- Apply U.S. tax rules in asset management
- Advise clients on investment structuring and planning
- Monitor changes in tax legislation affecting offshore operations
Requirements
- CPA or equivalent with 2+ years in U.S. tax
- Extensive corporate tax compliance experience
- Knowledge of cross-border taxation principles
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like FATCA
- Solid interpersonal and mentoring skills
