Elevate employee satisfaction as a Benefits Specialist at Groupe Dynamite. Manage comprehensive benefits programs and pension administration across Canada. Your role involves direct management of employee benefits, providing essential guidance for wellness and retirement plans. Reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards, you will ensure accurate data handling while acting as a knowledgeable resource for inquiries. Participation in compliance reporting and support during annual re-enrollment processes is also essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of group benefits and pension programs
- Provide expert support for employee claims and inquiries
- Maintain and audit benefits data for accuracy
- Ensure compliance in pension plan administration
- Support the benefits renewal process with clear communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities for data management
- French and English bilingualism for effective communication
- Ability to analyze trends and create comprehensive reports
