Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager to lead our team and drive operational success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, ensuring efficient processes and high standards of customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, including buying and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
- Conduct recruiting and interviewing processes to build a strong team.
- Implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to foster improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in managing schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent decision-making capabilities.
- Strong interviewing skills for effective recruitment of new team members.
