Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, ensuring efficient processes and high standards of customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels, including buying and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
• Conduct recruiting and interviewing processes to build a strong team.
• Implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to foster improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in store management or a similar role with a focus on sales and customer service.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in managing schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent decision-making capabilities.
• Strong interviewing skills for effective recruitment of new team members.

Pay: $79,689.00-$86,099.00 per year
