Lead Test Engineer for Battery Systems

Shape the future of energy at Moment Energy as a Lead Test Engineer. Focus on testing and validating advanced battery energy storage systems while ensuring safety and reliability. This pivotal role requires leading Moment Energy's testing and validation strategies within R&D and product development. Mentorship of Test Engineers and collaboration across engineering teams ensures that innovative solutions reach the market effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Own Moment Energy’s testing and validation strategy
• Develop comprehensive test frameworks for BESS
• Mentor Test Engineers in complex testing tasks
• Collaborate on validation plans for new products
• Design advanced testing infrastructure for battery systems Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 6+ years of hardware testing experience
• Strong background in complex engineering test plans
• Experience with high-voltage DC and AC systems
• Proficient in data analysis using Python or MATLAB Lead technical initiatives and provide cutting-edge testing solutions in the energy storage sector at Moment Energy.
