Technical Lead for Software Testing at CAE

Take the lead in enhancing software quality as a Technical Lead for Testing at CAE. Drive testing strategies and guide teams in the verification of innovative solutions. In this key role within the Magnetic Anomaly Detection Engineering group, you will champion the verification team to uphold high quality standards for software products. Your expertise in devised testing strategies will allow you to mentor fellow team members and share testing outcomes with management, ensuring effective communication and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and refine test strategies for core products
• Execute and report on testing for software deliveries
• Develop user manuals and test documentation
• Support team education on testing practices
• Ensure all software issues are captured in the QMS Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
• 5 years in software testing or V&V practices
• Experience within a regulated field
• Proven writing and documentation capabilities
• Bilingual—English and French needed Bring your expertise in testing and leadership to elevate CAE's software quality.
